Tidal announced the lineup for its third annual Tidal X: Brooklyn concert. The performers will consist of an all-star line-up but it’s for a good cause. Hosted by Angie Martinez, this year’s performers are coming together to raise awareness and funds for organizations that support relief and recovery for people affected by natural disasters such as Hurricane Harvey, Hurricane Irma, Hurricane Maria and the earthquakes that occurred in Mexico.
Scheduled performers are jay Z, Jennifer Lopez, Chris Brown, Fat Joe, Remy Ma, DJ Khaled, Daddy Yankee, Cardi B, Joey Bada$$, and many more. Bacardi has signed on to be the official sponsor of this event and is pledging $1.3 million to the cause.
Bacardi Chairman, Facundo L. Bacardi. says in a statement “This partnership with TIDAL: X touches on two areas that are very close to our heart – music and philanthropy. BACARDĺ is proud to play a part in raising awareness and funding for the regions affected by these terrible disasters, including Puerto Rico, Florida and the Caribbean region — all homes to our family and company.”
The concert will take place in Brooklyn on October 17th and here’s the full lineup.
