Billy “Bill$” Holcomb is a 25 year old songwriter/artist from the west side of Chicago. He has a passion for music. He has been an advent music fan since he was young. Having older parents he grew up listening to Al Green, Teddy Pendergrass, The Isley Brothers, Isaac Hayes and many other soulful artists. Most of Bill$ music is inspired by these soulful artist. Bill$ wrote his first rap in 5th grade. At the age of fifteen Bill$ started to write raps more frequently. He started recording in his friends basement at sixteen, so he has a lot of years of writing under his belt. His talents are not only limited to rap, he also writes R&B and pops songs. Bill$ take great pride in his writing abilities. He hopes that his music not only entertains but help inspire individuals to strive for success.
Walter “Y-Milli” Henderson was born and raised on the Westside of Chicago. He is the oldest of 4 siblings. He enlisted in the Military at 19 yrs old and served our country for 4 years from 2010- 2014. Y-Milli wrote his first rap at 16 and was inspired by friends who were already rapping. music was always his refuge before becoming an artist. He is inspired by Tupac, Biggie, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, and T.I. He takes pride in being an uncategorized artist. He believes in making music you can feel.
