Big Pun’s Widow Is Suing Walmart For Selling Big Pun Shirts & Suing The Manufacturing Company For $10 Million

Big Pun’s widow Liza Rios, is suing Walmart for trademark infringement after selling T-shirts, phone cases and more with Pun’s image.

According to TMZ, Rios, who got the trademark for her husband after his death in 2000, has filed a lawsuit against Walmart and Redbubble and is suing for all of the profits. She is also suing for an injunction to block further sales, as well as $10 million statutory damages from manufacturers Redbubble and Cloudflare who provided to items in question.

Rios claims that Walmart and Redbubble are aware that they are infringing on the trademark, but have continued to use the image without authorization from her.
