DaBaby Is Being Sued By Concert Promoter For Skipping A Performance Due To He & His Crew’s Physical Altercation

According to a report TMZ promoters from Nothing to Something Entertainment are now suing DaBaby for breach of contract after he allegedly pulled out of a May performance and any attempts to reschedule the show.

DaBaby was originally supposed to perform at Lawrence, Mass.’s Centro Night Club, but after his crew assaulted local rapper Don Trag—who they’ve reportedly said was overzealous and disrespectful in an attempt to get a photo with DaBaby the rapper reportedly told the promoters that he feared for his safety so they fled the scene. According to legal documents, the promoters claim that DaBaby, who was paid up front for his performance, left the venue before the show even started.

The promoters, who allegedly paid thousands of dollars to promote the initial DaBaby performance, reportedly understood the situation, but they made sure to communicate that they wanted to reschedule the show. DaBaby apparently never acquiesced to their plans for the rescheduling, so that’s why the promoters are filing a lawsuit against the rapper.

This is the second lawsuit DaBaby has been hit with this year. The first lawsuit came from Don Trag, the local rapper that DaBaby’s crew assaulted. Trag claims DaBaby should be held responsible for allegedly failing to control his bodyguards and letting them loose while knowing of their violent tendencies. Trag reportedly suffered injuries so bad that he went into a coma.
