The Cobb County District Attorney is investigating a role Young Thug and Birdman may have had in the 2015 shooting of Lil Wayne’s tour bus.
Young Thug’s former manager PeeWee Roscoe born Jimmy Carlton Winfrey was sentenced to 10 years in prison and 10 years of probation in 2015 after he pleaded guilty to six of the 27 counts he faced in relation to the shooting.
Nearly two months after his sentencing, Roscoe appealed the sentence, arguing that he was pressured or coerced into a guilty plea.
