As TMZ reports, Kim said she wants to move on with divorce as soon as possible. “I very much desire to be divorced,” she said, adding that she wanted to keep the proceedings private despite Ye making so much of it a public matter. The docs also feature Kim saying, “Kanye has been putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private matters and co-parenting on social media which has created emotional distress.”
Across his extensive Instagram posts on their divorce, West has said Kim accused him of kidnapping their daughter Chicago, criticized the SKIMS co-founder for allowing North to use TikTok, and alleged Kardashian accused him of placing a hit on her. Most of these posts have since been deleted, but the Donda 2 artist has continued to express his desire to get back together with Kim.
In court documents pertaining to their ongoing divorce, Kim Kardashian has accused Kanye West of causing “emotional distress” with his posts on Instagram.
Kardashian also addressed West’s “unprecedented” objection to the divorce earlier this month. “Clearly Mr. West’s goal here is to prevent or make it difficult for Ms. Kardashian to remarry,” the docs read. Per their prenup, their trusts and assets are separate, but Kanye has asked to prevent her from transferring any assets anyway. Ye’s lawyers recognize the prenup as valid, although they’ve also noted they’ve had difficulty staying in contact with their client.
“While I wish our marriage would have succeeded, I have come to the realization that there is no way to repair our marriage,” said Kim in the latest court docs. “Kanye does not agree but at least it appears that he has come to the realization that I want to end our marriage, even if he does not.” She stressed her desire to be made legally single so “I can begin the healing process and so that our family can begin the healing process and move forward in this new chapter in our lives.”
