Megan Thee Stallion Sues YouTuber For ‘Lies” About Her Case With Tory Lanez

Megan Thee Stallion is suing YouTuber Milagro Gramz, citing “false statements and narratives,” particularly about the Tory Lanez shooting case. Filed on October 30 in Florida’s Southern District Court, Megan’s federal lawsuit claims Gramz’s comments have harmed her mentally, emotionally, and economically, damaging her reputation and professional standing. The suit states that Gramz’s actions have “caused significant personal and economic harm” by impacting Megan’s mental well-being, reputation, and efforts to address “bots” deployed by Gramz to target her supporters.

The lawsuit describes Gramz as having a “conspiratorial relationship” with Lanez, who is serving a 10-year sentence for shooting Megan in 2020, alleging that Gramz operates as a “paid surrogate” spreading falsehoods about Megan. The complaint also accuses Gramz of cyberstalking, intentional infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy (false light), and promoting an altered sexual depiction, allegedly directing followers to a deepfake video of Megan. Gramz responded to the lawsuit on her X account, though details of her response remain limited.
