Rich Homie Quan Could Be Facing Up To 30 Years If Convicted For Felony Marijuana Charge

Rich Homie Quan has been fighting to shake the Rich Gang association for a few years now and was posing for a major comeback with the Motown Records team behind him. Unfortunately Quan has hit a bit of a set back when he was arrested and charged with possession of drugs with intent to distribute. Quan will be held in the Jefferson County Jail until at least his bond hearing on Friday. According to TMZ Quan won’t be facing weapon charges, law enforcement sources tell TMZ the drug he had was weed. It’s unclear how much weed he had, in Georgia the amount doesn’t determine whether you get hit with a felony.

If convicted, TMZ says Rich Homie Quan could be facing up to 30 years in jail.
