Lil Baby Welcomes Home Young Thug; Thug Hints At a Potential Collab

Young Thug’s first order of business after being released from jail may be a collaboration with an old friend.

Thug, real name Jeffrey Williams, took to social media on Sunday morning to address fans after being released on probation from jail. In one of his first post as a free man, Williams hinted at releasing a song with frequent collaborator and longtime friend Lil Baby.

“Wham let’s drop one on these rats peter,” Thug shared on X

Baby seemingly replied to the post shortly afterwards, sharing an Instagram Story accompanied by his and Thug’s 2020 collaboration “We Should.”

“I missed you mf!!,” said Baby, real name Dominique Wilkins,in his story post. “Welcome home my brudda! Thank God you able to get back to the fam in good health and spirits! Wish ya none but billions jack!”

In addition, he included the hashtag “whateverwhamsaygoes,” further stirring up speculation about a collab from the duo soon.

As if that wasn’t enough, fans in Los Angeles and Chicago shared images of a billboard displaying the hashtag from Wilkins’ story. “Whatever Wham Says Goes” appeared multiple times in a chalk-like font, as if the statement was written on a blackboard.
