21 Savage is facing a new lawsuit stemming from a canceled 2019 European tour.
A Dutch concert promoter claims they paid a $150,000 deposit to secure the Atlanta rapper for a planned run of shows overseas. According to the lawsuit, the funds were meant to be held in escrow while the tour details were being finalized.
However, after reported passport issues delayed the tour, the promoter alleges the concerts never happened — and the deposit was never returned. The suit claims the promoter was ultimately left without scheduled performances or a refund of the six-figure payment.
Now, the promoter is seeking damages and has requested a jury trial as the dispute moves forward in court.
The case adds another legal chapter to a situation tied to 21 Savage’s well-documented immigration complications during that period.
