In an Instagram post Akia Strong, a 6 year old battling Cancer is thanking 21 Savage for helping her and her family though a tough time. Akia is the daughter of one of 21 Savage’s childhood friends.
In the caption written in the video post of Akia’s mother’s Instagram page it reads “@21savage We are raised to have faith. Yet sometimes when in the midst of the struggle, it’s hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. You have enabled me and my family to see that light break through the darkness.
