50 Cent has received a lot of backlash in the fallout of his new Netflix documentary, Sean Combs: The Reckoning. But if anyone is prepared to clap back, it’s the G-Unit founder. And star actor Marlon Wayans just found out the hard way.
50 Cent Claps Back at Marlon Wayans Over Diddy Documentary
50 Cent took to Instagram on Monday Night (December 8) to hit back at the star of Him. Wayans had been previously critical of the new film. And 50 posted a photo of Wayans dressed as a woman. A screenshot of a scene from the 2004 film, White Chicks. Marlon and his brother, Shawn Wayans, had starred in.
“Keep my name out of ya mouth, boy,” the Power creator captioned the Instagram post.
While 50 has had a history of being an antagonist, users in the comments section appeared to side with him in this budding beef.
“50 was right about these people all along, man! They mess with him first, and then he finishes it!” one user wrote in the comments section of the Instagram post.
“Yup! Anybody defending Diddy can’t say anything to me! @50cent, thanks for the documentary,” another user added.
“Nobody has SMOKE detectors anymore? Leave the Fire Starter alone!” a third user chimed in.
Following the release of the documentary, many viewers of the film questioned how ethical the new Diddy series is. Not only because of 50’s longstanding beef with the Bad Boy Records founder, but also because of the exclusive footage featured in the production.
Diddy recorded himself in New York City days before his September 2024 arrest, and somehow, 50 got his hands on it and featured it in the Netflix documentary.
Wayans had warned 50 Cent that his actions could have future consequences.
“You gotta be careful what you put out,” Wayans said on the Real 92.3 FM radio show. “There’s a karma to every action.”
Wayans has yet to respond the 50’s recent social media post.
