50 Cent has debunked a viral rumor that he had been hospitalized in critical condition after a shooting in Los Angeles.

“Don’t worry I’m gonna make it, because this is fake news!” he captioned a screenshot on Instagram. The original video appears to be from the @mediatripping account, which claims to have gotten that info from TMZ. However, TMZ has published no such report, and neither has any other reputable publication.
The shooting rumors come on the heels of 50’s ongoing beefs with several other celebrities on social media, including Floyd Mayweather, Jim Jones, and Joe Budden.
Joe Budden Hints at Suing 50 Cent Over AI Pics
On a episode of the Joe Budden podcast last month, the Pump It Up artist said that he understands that it’s all fun and games. But if 50 lets it linger on for too long, he would consider getting his lawyers involved.
“Because that’s illegal. You can’t take all those AI pics and just start [posting them],” Joe said.
“That’s 50. I got all the respect for him in the world. But if I get tired of it, and it stops paying, then, yeah, it’s lawyer time.”
50 Cent then took to social media to hit back at the rap star. Noting that there was a clear hole in his plan.
“So that’s the plan?” he wrote on Instagram. “[Y]ou gonna sue me, Joe. Hahaha I think you are mistaken me for someone else. I’m a get face to face wit you, so you can tell me about the therapy I need.”
