50 Cent has obtained a temporary injunction against Tia Kemp, Rick Ross’ former partner, after accusing her of repeatedly targeting his 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson, online.

According to reports citing court documents obtained by TMZ, a Florida judge issued the order on October 26. It requires Kemp to remain at least 500 feet away from Sire and prohibits direct or indirect contact, including through social media.
The rapper’s petition alleges that Kemp published derogatory statements about his son and continued posting after receiving a cease-and-desist letter from his attorneys. Those claims remain allegations.
The temporary order is scheduled to expire November 3, when both sides are expected in court for a hearing on whether longer-lasting protection should be granted. The injunction does not represent a final ruling on the underlying allegations.
