The Tia Kemp vs 50 Cent feud has taken a new turn. 50 obtained a temporary injunction against Kemp, Rick Ross’ former partner, after accusing her of repeatedly targeting his 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson, online.

50 alleges that Kemp posted derogatory statements about his son and continued posting after receiving a cease-and-desist letter from his attorneys. The judge presiding over the case issued a temporary restraining order against Kemp until today, where the two were supposed to appear in court virtually.
However, Kemp didn’t show up, citing she hadn’t been served with an injunction, which stopped and, until she is, the court can’t move forward with a permanent injunction. But 50’s team is claiming she’s using this to duck the case.
Over Zoom, 50 reportedly sounded exhausted, saying he didn’t want to keep pursuing this, but felt he had no choice.
50 Cent is seeking $6 Million in damages.
