50 Cent, Joe Budden Spotted at Knicks Game Amid Beef

The New York Knicks are currently playing the Detroit Pistons in the first round of the NBA playoffs. And with the first two games being in Madison Square Garden, the world’s most famous arena, all the stars were out for Game 2 on April 21.

In the first quarter, TNT cameras panned to the courtside crowd during the dead ball. And in the background, it showed Joe Budden and his girlfriend sitting behind 50 Cents and Fat Joe (who have also had their share of issues in the past. Of course that shot went viral on social media.

50 Cent also took to social media following the game. He posted a picture of the Knicks posting a photo of him on the jumbotron with Budden in the background. He also said that he and Joe spoke during the game.

“I just ran into Joe at the game. He said I don’t need therapy no more,” 50 said in the caption.

50 and Joe’s beef began in February after comments that Joe made on his self-made comments that suggested that 50 needed therapy.

The catalyst of those comments was an Instagram post that 50 made after the passing of his longtime nemesis, Irv Gotti.

Following Gotti’s passing earlier this year, 50 posted a picture of him smoking hookah on social media and said he was “smoking on that Gotti pack.”

Irv and 50 were involved in a bitter rap feud in the early 2000s. But on his podcast, Budden said that enough time has passed to where he should forgive the late music exec. And Budden suggested that he seek therapy.

“50 Cent needs therapy. I don’t care if you agree with the rationale. And 50 is 50. He gon’ stand in it. He gon’ stand strong in it,” Joe said.
