Jim Jones Reignites Beef With Cam’ron
Jones appeared on Power 105.1’s Way Up With Angela Yee. And during his appearance, one of the topics that came up was his beef with Killa Cam. That is when Jones revealed that he helped the rap star write “every one” of his albums.
“I helped him write every one of his albums. Every one of his albums. From his first album up to Come Home With Me,” Jones said to Angela Yee.
He also added: “I always knew how to rap, I just didn’t know how to rap well. I always knew how to do bars. Yeah, I damn near wrote all his music. And I commend him for figuring out how to do something else. They always say never bite the hand that feeds you but he never fed me, I fed myself.”
Jim Jones is not the only former Diplomats member that Cam’ron has had issues with. He previously was at odds with fellow Harlem native, Juelz Santana.
On the song In My Life from Santana’s 2020 mixtape that he released while he was in jail, Free Santana, Juelz appeared to call out Cam’Ron for being disloyal.
“Watched close friends die before my eyes. Made it easy to bury n***as I once admired. You ain’t build this shit by yourself, ni**a You just forgot that we all need help, ni**a For worse or for better But that just taught me that nothin’ is forever,” Santana raps.
He also added: “And bein’ that ni**as thinkin’ they made me. I know what hurts most, they can never replace me. How you s**t on the best thing that ever happened to you? My brother’s keeper, what happened to you?”
