Suge Knight Says Trump Will Pardon Diddy If He is Convicted
The vile details of the abuse that Combs dished out for years has many members of the general public calling for him to spend the rest of his life in prison. However, one of Combs’ most bitter rivals believes that it is not likely that it will happen. During a recent interview with NewsNation, former music executive Suge Knight said that even if Diddy is convicted, he will be pardoned by President Donald Trump.
“I think he’s got some favors with the government. I think they’re gonna show him a little leeway,” Suge said about Diddy. “It might not seem like it when it’s all said and done. But I don’t think he has anything to worry abou. And I don’t think he’s worried because he’s gonna be federal, and if he gets convicted, Trump’s gonna pardon him.”
The Death Row Records founder also added: “I still feel that Puffy is going to be alright and have a fair shot at it. He’s not a dummy. And I’m quite sure somebody is going to talk to those jurors and convince one or two of them that’s all you need, is one.”
One part of Cassie’s testimony that particularly stuck out was a story involving Diddy and Suge.
Cassie recalled Combs receiving a call that Knight was having dinner in Los Angeles one evening. After receiving the news, he abruptly ended one of his infamous “freak offs” to confront him.
Upon hearing this, Knight said that Combs was fortunate that he did not show up at the time he was present. Because things would have gone sour.
“A good thing they didn’t show up. Somebody would have got hurt,” he added.
