Throughout the legal process in the federal trial involving Sean “Diddy” Combs, several people have been highly critical of the Bad Boy Records founder. But none have been more critical than his longtime nemesis Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson.
On Wednesday, July 2 the verdict was handed down by the jury. And in a shocking turn of events, Combs was not found guilty of three of the five charges that were handed down to him.
50 Cent Reacts to Diddy Beating RICO Charge
After the verdict was revealed many fans thought that 50 Cent would exhibit bitterness or jealousy toward the Bad Boy Records founder. But it was quite the opposite. He was rather impressed with Diddy evading major prison time, despite the mountain of evidence presented against him.
“Diddy beat the RICO, that boy a bad man! He like the gay John Gotti,” 50 Cent wrote in a social media post shortly after the verdict had been revealed.

50 was not the only industry savant to chime in about the music mogul’s acquittal. So too was rap star Lil Boosie. Boosie took to social media after the verdict. Expressing his excitement about the music mogul’s potential freedom.
“Man, I’m so glad Diddy is free, bruh,” the Wipe Me Down artist said. “You know, the reason is [because] I’m tired of seeing us Black moguls get taken down like that. And I’m tired of seeing us Black people go against us Black moguls like that.”
Boosie also added how overjoyed he was that Diddy would be reunited with his children.
“I’m just happy for them children. Diddy, sit yo ass down for a while. That’s what you need to do. Grab Stevie J and your children and get the f**k on,” he added.
However, Diddy is not completely out of the woods yet. He still was found guilty of the prostitution charges involving his ex-girlfriend, Cassie, and Jane Doe. Now we await his sentencing.
