A$AP Rocky might not be ready to officially confirm anything, but he’s once again sparking talk that he and Rihanna may already be married.
In a newly published cover story with The Perfect Magazine (Oct. 29), the Harlem rapper casually referred to himself as a “loving husband” while reflecting on life at home with Rihanna and their three kids — sons RZA (3), Riot (2), and their newborn, Rocki.
“Being a father and a partner and a loving husband in my family is what makes me really, really happy,” he said. “I hope this doesn’t sound cliché… but being able to be a family man and an artisan… it doesn’t matter what hat I wear that day, it’s just about giving it my all.”
The comment is the closest Rocky has come to confirming the long-swirling speculation that he and Rihanna quietly tied the knot. Just last month, when Elle asked him what he was looking forward to “when” he becomes a husband, he responded with a smirk: “How you know I’m not already a husband?” — before refusing to confirm anything.
This isn’t the first time the A$AP Mob head has slipped the “wife” word into public conversation. In 2023, during a festival performance, he paused mid-set to shout out Rihanna in the crowd: “I’d like to dedicate this to my beautiful wife in the motherf***ing building!”
Still, neither he nor RiRi has made the marriage official publicly — and if anything, the couple seems to be enjoying keeping that part of their relationship private.
A$AP Rocky has been open about how family has changed everything for him. Speaking to Elle, he explained that the couple’s focus stays on their household, not the industry noise.
“When you come home, it’s about family. It’s about your relationship. It’s about your household. It ain’t about all that other s—.”
Rihanna has echoed the same energy. In her February Harper’s Bazaar cover story, she gushed about Rocky’s role as a dad — even admitting she gets jealous sometimes.
“I’m annoyed because my sons sometimes just live for him more than they live for me,” she joked. “And I’m like, ‘Did you know who cooked you? Do you know who pushed you out?’”
The Fenty mogul has also been clear about how motherhood reset her priorities. “You really don’t remember life before,” she told British Vogue in 2023. “Everything changes.”
The two started as friends before A$AP Rocky confirmed they were officially a couple in a 2021 GQ interview, where he famously called Rihanna “The One.” Since then, they’ve become one of pop culture’s most adored (and most stylish) families — red carpet baby bumps, matching fits, and all.
