Even after being convicted of prostitution earlier this year, Sean “Diddy” Combs is not going to allow his name to continue to be dragged through the mud. At least not without a fight.

50 Cent Says Upcoming Diddy Doc May Not Be a ‘Good Idea.’

Diddy’s sons Justin Combs and rising artist Christian “King” Combs recently released a trailer for an upcoming documentary to tell their side of the story regarding the recent incarceration of their father.

The forthcoming film seems to be a rebuttal to the release of the new Netflix documentary, Sean Combs: The Reckoning. Directed by the Bad Boy Records Founder’s longtime nemesis, 50 Cent.

Following the release of the trailer for the upcoming documentary, which will air exclusively on Zeus Network, the G-Unit Founder says that he isn’t sure if the documentary will be the best decision going forward.

” Wow, I want to see this show. I’m not sure this was a good idea,” the Power creator wrote on social media on Tuesday (December 30).

In response to the upcoming documentary, Zeus Network received a lot of backlash. With many accusing them of giving the disgraced music mogul a platform to vindicate himself. Despite being a convicted felon.

In response, the network’s CEO, Lemuel Plummer, cleared the air about the perception of the new documentary. They are just allowing Diddy to tell his side of the story.

“To be clear, this documentary is about allowing Justin and Christian to share their personal story,” Plummer wrote (via Billboard). “We’re not here to endorse Diddy or anyone else. As a network, we believe in giving individuals a platform to tell their own experiences, just like any network that enters the documentary space.

Combs was convicted of interstate prostitution charges. And in October, he received a 50-month prison sentence. His release date in June 2028.
