After being favored by many to win the Super Bowl, the New England Patriots came up short on Sunday Night (February 8). The Seattle Seahawks put on a dominant display in Super Bowl 60. Convincingly beating the Patriots by a score of 29-13.
Stefon Diggs & Cardi B Unfollow Each Other on Social Media
It was an especially disappointing night for New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs. After losing the Super Bowl, fans also noticed that Diggs and his rap star girlfriend, Cardi B, had unfollowed each other on social media (via @FearedBuck/X). Sparking rumors that the couple has broken up.
“Brutal timing, Cardi B & Stefon Diggs unfollow each other right after his Super Bowl L? Generational fumble on and off the field,” one user wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“H*es love you when you’re winning, but true colors come out when you lose, damn,” a second user added.
“She thought she could change him lol. Left her with a baby and went about his business,” a third user chimed in.

To add even more insult to injury, Diggs had a rough outing in his first Super Bowl appearance. He finished the contest with just 3 receptions for 37 yards and three touchdowns.
The rumors of the breakup between Diggs and Cardi began way before the two teams even took the field Sunday Night. The two celebs were rarely seen together during Super Bowl weekend.
Then, during a red carpet appearance at the Fanatics party, Cardi was asked if she had any inspiring words for Diggs ahead of his first Super Bowl. To which she nonchalantly replied: “Good luck.”
Cardi and Stefon welcomed a baby boy into the world in 2025. And he even had teased that he might propose to her if the Patriots won the Super Bowl.
