YFN Lucci is reportedly facing a $115,000 lawsuit from a car rental company over a luxury vehicle that was destroyed during the 2020 shooting that led to the death of his friend, “Quen.”
According to court documents, the company claims Lucci rented a Chevrolet Corvette Stingray for use in a music video but allegedly allowed an unauthorized person to drive the vehicle without insurance coverage. The lawsuit states that the car was later involved in the shooting incident, where it was reportedly riddled with bullets and ultimately totaled in a crash.
The company is now seeking $115,000 in damages, which they say covers the value of the destroyed vehicle along with lost income from their rental business while the car was out of service.
The civil lawsuit adds another legal complication connected to the events surrounding the 2020 shooting that drew national attention and led to major criminal charges tied to the case.
