Kendrick Lamar keeps doing things to stay on our radar and today he releases a cinematic music video for his high energy “DAMN” intro “DNA”. This song has quickly become a fan favorite so it’s no surprise that this song was the next song chosen to put visuals to.
The video stars actor Don Cheadle as he goes one on one with Kendrick Lamar attempting to examine Kendrick’s DNA. Cheadle gets a bit of Kendrick’s DNA transferred to him and then basically turns into Kendrick quoting furious rhymes to the point where the two are going back and forth throughout the verse on the song.
DNA’s music video was directed by Nabil & the little homies and it looks like Kendrick has yet another hit on his hands.
