Meek went on to make a bold prediction about the upcoming project. Declaring that the upcoming album will be the “champion project of the summer.”
“Ima have the champion project of the summer,” he said in a second post. “I don’t think algorithms are going to stop the soul from playing music that charges you up and not turn you down in the good or bad times of life!!”
Of course, Meek’s recent posts led to a lot of reactions from fans on social media.
“Cole and Meek The Duo We Never New We Needed Though,” one user wrote in the comments section of the post.
“Nice one, champ. The project will be massive,” a second user chimed in.
“We need that Meek Mill ft. J Cole studio session ASAP!!” a third user said.
During a red carpet interview at the Fanatics Super Bowl Party in February, Meek confirmed that he is now fully independent. And without the constraint of a major label, he says he plans to drop “three or four” projects in 2026.
“I’m supposed to be dropping three or four projects this year,” he said. “I’m independent. That’s why I went independent. So we could seize the game and move faster than big corporations. We can do it how we want.
Is J. Cole an artist you would like to see Meek collaborate with?
