Rapper and podcast figure Taxstone is reportedly facing additional prison time after prosecutors accused him of orchestrating a smuggling operation from داخل MDC Brooklyn.
According to reports, authorities claim Taxstone used a contraband cell phone to direct inmates in a detailed scheme to bring drugs, cigarettes, and even weapons into the facility. The plan allegedly involved inmates stacking chairs and carts to reach a gym window, while an outside accomplice attempted to send items up using a 50-foot rope.
However, prosecutors say the operation repeatedly failed before it was ultimately shut down. Despite that, the severity of the alleged attempt has led officials to push for additional consequences.
Taxstone is already serving a 35-year sentence, but prosecutors are now seeking to add another 33 months behind bars if the court finds the claims credible.
