The Game is asking fans to help complete his new album.
What Did He Say About His New Album
On Tuesday, during a rare Instagram Live, The Game updated viewers on his upcoming album and also had a special request for any producers watching.
“I feel like I’m one song away from finishing it,” The Game said. “It’s such an amazing album. It’s some of my best work, but it’s just missing something, just missing one beat.”
He went on to ask his viewers if they could contact any dope producers to send him a beat.
“I don’t care if they underground,” The Game said. “It could be Timbaland or Ye, or an NPC in his mom’s basement.”
What Has The Game Been Up To?
The Grammy nominee has stayed busy so far in 2026. Back in January, he released a new mixtape Gangsta Grillz: E.M.N.T – The Credits, in collaboration with DJ Drama and Mike & Keys. The tape caught the attention of Hip Hop heads when the track “Whatever” stirred the pot online.
In the song, The Game asserts that the two best rappers from Compton are either him or Kendrick Lamar. Fans were quick to point out that Dr. Dre, Eazy-E, MC Ren and MC Eiht could challenge The Game’s claim as second best to Kendrick.
The Compton rapper also got caught up when an unreleased track between him and Ye leaked online. Fans began circulating clips and snippets of the song on social media, speculating that it could be from The Game’s upcoming, The Documentary 3, album. Neither The Game nor Ye have commented on the leak. You can catch The Game on tour as part of Lil Wayne’s 20 Years Of Carter Classics Tour, this summer.
