Swae Lee is busy promoting his new album SAME DIFFERENCE but people keep asking when Rae Sremmurd will return. In an interview with Complex, Lee addressed fans’ concerns.
Will Rae Sremmurd Return?
In conversation with Jordan Rose, Lee says Rae Sremmurd isn’t going away anytime soon.
“Me and Slim (Jxmmi), na, we gonna be doing this for 60 more years,” Lee said. “We gonna make that a moment every time we reunite. SremmLife is so huge, SremmLife is a way of life and a lot of people grew up on SremmLife. You can’t just pump the breaks on that, that’s something that just gotta continue.”
Lee also made sure to remind fans that both he and Slim haven’t stopped working.
“Slim Jxmmi gonna do his solo albums, I’mma do my solo albums,” Lee said. “We gonna reunite with Rae Sremmurd like every couple years.”

What Is Swae Lee Up To?
The Atlanta singer/rapper just released his new album SAME DIFFERENCE on Friday night (April 3rd). His latest project features NAV, Post Malone, Jhene Aiko, French Montana and of course his brother Slim Jxmmi.
You can hear a new Rae Sremmurd track “WORKING REMOTE,” with Slim Jxmmi on the new album.
Jxmmi is also gearing up for his second solo album Jim. JXM, which reportedly feature hard witty bars mixed with his signature cool chill.
