On Monday (April 6), rap star Offset was involved in an altercation with Bronx rapper Lil Tjay that left him hospitalized with a gunshot wound.
Offset Responds to Lil Tjay After Casino Shooting
Offset was released from the hospital on Tuesday (April 7) and took no time breaking his silence. He stepped into the comments section of a social media post from The Shade Room to respond to Lil Tjay’s recollection of what happened.
“You ain’t buss nun,” the former Migos member wrote in the comments section of the Instagram post (via Kurrco/X)

Offset and Lil Tjay were involved in a heated confrontation outside of the Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Florida.
A report from TMZ on Tuesday said that the police believe that the Run It Up rapper was the catalyst of the incident. Noting that he ordered several members of his crew to confront Offset. And during the ambush, one of his associates pulled out a gun and shot Offset.
Tjay was arrested after the incident on Monday, but was released on $3000 bond on Tuesday (April 8). And as reporters approached him as he was leaving the jail, he claimed that Offset was a “rat.”
“The last thing I saw was the n***a Offset looking at me like this ‘yo that n***a shot me. That n***a shot me. That n***a is a rat,” he said to reporters.
Lil Tjay was not arrested for any involvement in the shooting. But he did receive two citations for disorderly conduct and a traffic violation. The confrontation appears to be related to Offset not paying Lil Tjay back for a $10,000 loan.
At the time of writing, nobody has been arrested in connection with the shooting. Stay tuned for more updates.
