Swae Lee recently (and quietly) put away a messy paternity case.
The case dates back to 2023, when Marla Naranjo filed legal paperwork asking the court to establish Swae as the biological father of her now 3-year-old son, Karter. She also accused him of being absent from the boy’s life and claimed his busy travel schedule made him unable to provide a stable home. On top of that, she hinted at alleged past misconduct that she said could be addressed later.
Naranjo was seeking primary custody and child support, arguing the child deserved a share of the rapper’s wealth.
Despite the serious claims, court documents reveal the case stalled for months before Swae revealed in August 2025 that a private settlement had been reached. Swae told a Florida judge the matter has been resolved, but made it clear he neither admitted nor denied the allegations.
Swae Lee is already a father of two — a daughter with model Aline Martins and a son with model Victoria Kristine — but it looks like this situation won’t be playing out in court any further.
