Rick Ross has not slowed down his pursuit of Drake after the rap star released his ninth studio album, Iceman, on Friday (May 15).
Ross was particularly critical of Drake’s trifecta of new projects. Calling Iceman, Habiti, and Maid of Honour “mid” and claiming that the rap star is now “washed.”
OVO Affiliate Baka Blasts Rick Ross Over Iceman Criticism
In response to Ross’s comments, OVO affiliate Baka Not Nice put the rap star on blast in a recent social media post.
“Ross a B**h,” Baka wrote in a post shared by DailyRapFacts on X. He also refers to the rapper as “Officer Ricky,” referring to Ross’s past as a corrections officer.

Baka was one of Kendrick Lamar’s targets on his 2024 smash single, Not Like Us.
“Baka got a weird case. Why is he around?” references the Drake associate’s 2014 assault case. Where the OVO affiliate allegedly forced a woman into prostitution.
During an April 2024 interview with Hot Freestyle, Baka said that he had a lot of “anger” over Lamar’s track. But ultimately chose to stand down because Drake asked him to.
“I was building up a lot of anger and stuff like that, but then I get this call, I don’t know why I got this call, it’s like God said something to him or something, but The Boy, it might not have even been a call, it might have been a text message, but he messages me,” he said during the interview.
“He was like, ‘Yo, I know what you’re feeling, I know you as an individual. I know how you get down, but I’m just letting you know, like, don’t listen to the noise, cos it’s noise. If you go back and look at all the people who are saying things or have anything to say, they’re not even real people; they’re like bots. Don’t let that s**t bother you, bro.’”
