Dame Dash is looking to start fresh.
The Roc-A-Fella co-founder announced the launch of Dash Records this week via Instagram, calling on artists, producers, videographers, engineers, stylists, makeup artists, and digital marketers to come on board.
“Come get with the hottest record label in the world,” Dash wrote, encouraging creatives to submit portfolios directly to the label as he looks to build the company from the ground up.
It’s the latest chapter for one of hip-hop’s most resilient entrepreneurs amid a stretch of financial setbacks and public legal disputes.
No artists or releases announced yet, but history suggests this will not be the last we hear from Dame Dash.
