Tory Lanez Says He is A Victim of Retaliation From Prison Guards
Court documents obtained by the outlet claim that Lanez is a victim of retaliation. From guards at the California Men’s Colony, where he is currently serving his sentence. Lanez claims that the guards are threatening him with “escalating threats and intimidation tactics designed to push him into a more dangerous prison yard.”

“[Tory Lanez] is receiving capricious violation write-ups for non-infraction activities which do not have a legitimate reason for correction. As these alleged violations only began after the filing of the underlying complaint,” Morgan said in the statement. “Such actions have a chilling effect on all people who are incarcerated, as it demonstrates to Plaintiff and other individuals what will occur if they exercise their First Amendment right to redress the government for grievances.
This is not the first time Lanez’ life has been threatened during his incarceration.

Thankfully, Lanez was able to fully recover from the attack.
