Rick Ross dropped his newest studio album, Set in Stone, on Friday (July 17). And the new project is already trending upward.
New Rick Ross Album Trending Upwards on Itunes
According to a Monday (July 20) post from Kurrco on X, Rozay’s newest project has already reached the top of the U.S. Hip-Hop & R&B charts on iTunes. Which could be a telltale sign that the new project will also chart on Billboard when the first week sales come in.

Of course, fans on social media had a lot to say about Ross’s album trending upward.
“That’s it? not even #1 overall? he bout to get outsold by Iceman in it’s 11th week,” one user wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Rozay shit go hard always got some dope shit salute,” a second user chimed in.
“He needs to retire and focus on entrepreneurship,” a third user reacted.
Whether or not Set In Stone scores a number one on Billboard appears to be irrelevant to the rap star. Prior to the album’s release, Ross said that his main goal was to “musically” challenge himself.
“I challenged myself musically. That’s what the Renaissance is about; it’s not getting to a point where you feel you’re at a ceiling,” he said to the Daily Mail, as caught by AllHipHop.
He also added:
“Not only should I put out a dope album, but it should be f**king challenging any body of work I ever released. And so that’s what the challenge to myself was. So, a lot of the records that I put on it sonically and just the way I feel, you know, what
