Diddy was initially scheduled to be released in June 2028. Then it was upgraded to April 25, 2028. Then last month it was changed to February 23, 2028. So far his 50-month sentence has been reduced to roughly 46 months.
It’s even more bizarre when you consider the fact that Combs was reportedly thrown into solitary confinement earlier this month. After he got into a physical altercation with another inmate.
Social Media Reacts to Latest Diddy News
Of course, social media had plenty to say about Combs getting his sentence reduced again.
“Rich people really do play by different rules, huh,” one user wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“He is doing every program in there to get out! This is typical Diddy!! He’s going to find a way!!” a second user chimed in.
In September 2024, Diddy was swept up by the feds in New York City over allegations of trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution. In 2025, he was convicted of interstate prostitution of his former girlfriend and label artist, Cassie Ventura. As well as another Jane Doe. It had long been speculated that the Jane Doe who had testified against him was his former girlfriend, Daphne Joy.
In October 2025, Combs was sentenced to serve 50 months at FCI Fort Dix. However, he has made numerous attempts to be pardoned for his crimes. Despite the failed attempts to be released, he has still managed to have a significant amount of time removed from his sentence.
