According to a new indictment, Henley allegedly offered two inmates money to kill or seriously injure a witness who could testify against members of his alleged criminal enterprise.
Henley, the founder of Uneek Music and a longtime member of the Rollin’ 60s Neighborhood Crips, was previously charged with racketeering, murder, extortion and fraud allegations tied to what prosecutors call the “Big U Enterprise.”
The latest charges also include allegations involving prostitution-related crimes, wire fraud tied to a COVID-19 relief loan application, and claims that Henley’s associates attacked a Grammy-winning rapper at Los Angeles International Airport over an alleged debt.
Henley has remained in federal custody since March 2025 and is scheduled to stand trial in 2027. If convicted, he could face life in federal prison.
