Sad news in the world of Hip Hop, it appears an iconic group from the 90s is never going to perform again.
Treach pulled up to the Uncle Murda and Tony Yayo podcast to explain that Naughty By Nature won’t be performing again.
“I always said, up until this day right here, that I can’t say we’d get back together or not. But I don’t know what the culture holds,” Treach said. “I can tell y’all right now that it’ll never happen. Once you get stabbed in the back once or twice, the wound can heal, maybe, but not if the wound keeps opening.”
Treach is talking about alleged behind the back business deals other members made without him.

Naughty By Nature’s Dissolution
The trio compromised of Vincent “Vin Rock” Brown, Anthony “Treach” Criss, and Keir “Kay Gee” Gist have had numerous issues over finances, which derailed their momentum in 00s. But in 2013, Treach said Vin Rock was fired from the group after he allegedly sucker punched him. They worked out their differences over time, but Treach says they were no longer friends.
However, in 2024, they reunited to perform at radio legend Miss Jones’ birthday celebration in New Jersey. It was their first performance in years.
