Pretty Ricky member Spectacular Smith is facing a lawsuit from an Arizona woman who alleges that he sexually assaulted her after contacting her through Instagram.
According to a lawsuit reportedly obtained by TMZ, Alexis Dieng filed the complaint in August and claims Smith first reached out to her in October 2025 asking for restaurant recommendations. Dieng alleges that Smith later arranged to meet her in person, eventually changing the meeting location to a residence in Maricopa County.
In the lawsuit, Dieng claims Smith initiated physical contact before engaging in sexual intercourse with her without her consent. She also alleges that he placed his hands around her neck and restricted her breathing during the encounter.
Dieng further claims that Smith recorded part or all of the alleged incident without her permission. Her attorney, Benjamin Taylor, is representing her in the case.
The allegations have not been proven in court, and Smith’s response to the lawsuit was not included in the information provided.
