Rick Ross In Legal Trouble After Allegedly Ditching North Carolina Shows

Rick Ross already has a flop album, been accused of faking his wealth, and had his ex levy explicit domestic violence allegations against him.

Now, Ross is in trouble again, this time, for allegedly not showing up for contractual obligations.

A report from Courthouse News says Omega14 Incorporated filed a lawsuit against Rick Ross, Maybach Music Group, and his touring company for allegedly canceling the final stops of the Port of Miami 20th Anniversary Tour last second.

Ross was booked for Greensboro and Charlotte, North Carolina, slotted for at least one hour of performance time.

Omega14 alleges Maybach Music Group manager Tawanda Roberts told them at 1 p.m. on the day of the Greensboro concert that he “refused to perform” that show and the one in Charlotte the following day. They also state that per the agreement, the only way Ross could legally call off the show was due to “serious injury or death.” Omega is seeking reimbursement for the expenses attached to the show, such as venue booking, production management, marketing, lodging, transportation, and more.

But it gets worse. Not only are they alleging Rozay’s team provided no reimbursement nor a solidified explanation, but they have evidence that he actually performed in Miami and Orlando on the dates scheduled.

“Rick Ross and defendants engaged in conduct that was unethical, unscrupulous, and substantially injurious to consumers and businesses including but not limited to plaintiff, the numerous orchestral musicians, choir members and venue operators,”  Omega14 stated.

Rick Ross In More Trouble

Jazzma Kendrick shocked Rick Ross fans after claiming Ross hit her, leading to their split. She even dropped pictures to back it up.

Rozay’s ex-girlfriend Jazzma Kendrick took to Instagram to levy the allegations and show alleged proof.

“[Rick Ross] saw a punching bag. The day Rick busted my lip and the day I left,” she wrote, adding more pictures to support her claims. “I don’t know a lot of things, but I do know that a man that puts his hands on me, is a man that never loved me and never will. It’s always good until it isn’t. If a man hits you one time, he will do it again. Don’t give him the opportunity. Value your life and leave.”

Since then, she thanked fans for messages of encouragement and support.

Ross has yet to address any of these allegations.
