Rick Ross Claims Innocence While Giving Travel Plans After Arrest For Battery & Strangulation

Rick Ross has made it out of the court room and is speaking out about his recent arrest.

This morning, Ross was arrested for battery and strangulation.

According to TMZ, Ross surrendered to police, after a former girlfriend accused him of hitting her. The woman claims Ross took issue with a photo she was tagged in on social media. Ross allegedly struck the woman, choked her, and slammed her into a wall, continuing to do so every time she denied being in a secret relationship with another man.

Ross has pled not guilty to the charges and posted the $6000 bond required.

While leaving court, Ross was asked by reporters about the situation.

“I’m totally innocent of these fabricated allegations made against me. I’ll be in Dubai tomorrow, Paris, Saturday, and I plan on having a bowl of rigatoni with heavy marinara Sunday. I repeat, rigatoni, heavy marinara.”

Later, while in his car, he posted another message proclaiming his innocence.

I am totally innocent, of the fabricated allegations made against myself. NOW, I have an amazing team and I’m totally confident that these totally fabricated allegations will be put to rest.

Strangely, he repeated almost word for word what he told reporters in this clip, including the Dubai, Paris, and heavy marinara comments.
