Last Thursday Mac Miller was arrested for a DUI following a hit-and-run crash while smashing his 2016 Mercedez-Benz G-Class SUV into a power pole. TMZ reports Miller’s blood alcohol concentration was twice the legal limit when he was taken into custody by police.
According to the May 22nd police report, Mac Miller’s blood alcohol content was at .15 percent when police arrested him at his home in California. California law states a driver over 21 years old can’t have a BAC over 0.08 percent.
After police ran the rapper’s license plates, they were able to find Miller’s home address. Once cops arrived at his house, Miller confessed to the hit-and-run, as well as driving under the influence and was taken into custody. Miller’s bail was set at $15,000.
