Nas’ Adam & Eve music video comes to life in a hood documenting everyday activity. Kids run around playing with each other in cinematic fashion. Kids playing with toy guns is a theme in this music video as well. A group of these children later line up against a brick wall in various poses to recreate the scene found on the NASIR cover art.
Meanwhile, adults keep it moving either passing or chasing time. The movement is interrupted by the static figures of both Adam and Eve in the darkness of night and Nas’ repentance at church as he laments for protection from generational curses.
