Fans React to A$AP Rocky Not Guilty Verdict
As soon as the verdict was ready social media exploded with reactions.
“Rihanna pulled some strings,” one fan said on X, formerly known as Twitter.

The case involving the “Show of Hands,” artist, stems from a 2021 incident. Where he shot a bullet at his long-time friend and bandmate Terell Ephron better known as A$AP Relli following a dispute the two were having.
Despite the evidence, testimony, and discovery taking nearly a month to be revealed to the jury throughout the trial, the Deputy District Attorney in the case said the case involving the rap star was open and shut.
“This is not a difficult case,” Deputy District Attorney Paul Przelomiec said in his closing argument Thursday.
“The question for you to answer in this case boils down to really just one question. … And that is did Mr. Mayers, the man at the table, did he use a real gun or did he use a fake gun. Was it a real gun or was it a fake gun? Nothing else is in dispute.”
Rocky’s defense throughout the case was that the shell casings that were recovered by investigators came from a prop gun that the artist carries when he is not with his usual security team.
