According to The Source Magazine, R&B singer Aaron Hall has reportedly been located and formally served legal papers at an Extended Stay hotel in Alpharetta, Georgia, ending more than a year of failed attempts to reach him.
Hall, best known as the former lead vocalist of Guy, was reportedly found on February 2, 2026. The documents are tied to a civil lawsuit alleging a sexual assault that dates back to 1990. The suit was filed by Liza Gardner and also names Sean Combs as a co-defendant. All parties have denied the allegations.
Sources say a process server confirmed Hall’s identity after he answered the door. When Hall allegedly declined to verbally accept the paperwork, the server left the documents at his feet—an act that qualifies as legal service under Georgia law.
Despite online speculation, Hall was never officially reported missing. Reports suggest he had evaded service attempts in several states, including California and Ohio. Hall has not publicly addressed the situation, and his legal team has yet to issue a statement. With service now complete, the lawsuit is expected to proceed through the courts.
