Life post Atlanta has been good for Brian Tyree Henry. Now, it appears the Oscar nominee is getting a huge role in one of the most anticipated films of 2027.
What Movie Is Brian Tyree Henry Allegedly In?
On Friday (June 12th), Hollywood insider the Insneider reported that Henry is likely going to don the two face and play Harvey Dent in Matt Reeves’ Batman sequel. He also reports Marvel darling Sebastian Stan is being considered for a role as well.
If true, it’ll be Henry’s fourth time getting the coveted superhero film check. Since his breakout Emmy-nominated role as Paper Boi on Atlanta. Henry has been busy. He’s voiced Jefferson Davis/Jeff Morales in the acclaimed Spiderverse series, had a role in Joker, received an Oscar nomination for Causeway. This year, he’s set to star as Bass in the new series, Bass X Machina. In 2027, aside from Batman Part 2, he’s set to reprise his role as Jeff Morales in the newest Spiderverse and has a supporting role in the new Sam Esmail film, Panic Carefully.
Henry has not confirmed the news as of yet.

Who Else Is In Batman?
While the cast is still being finalized, the Batman sequel will feature Robert Pattinson reprising his role as the caped crusader. Additionally, Jeffrey Wright, Andy Serkis, Colin Farrell, Jayme Lawson, and Gil Perez-Abraham are back.
Rumored to join the cast this time out are Barry Keoghan, Scarlett Johansson, Charles Dance, and Sebastian Koch.
