During his recent appearance on The Breakfast Club, B.G. cleared the air about Lil Wayne’s absence from the highly anticipated No Limit vs. Cash Money Verzuz event. Fans were puzzled when Weezy didn’t hit the stage alongside his Cash Money family — but according to B.G., there was a serious reason behind it.
B.G. revealed that Lil Wayne was feeling ill and had to be taken to the hospital, which prevented him from performing. “It wasn’t no ego thing, no industry politics,” B.G. explained. “Wayne was sick for real — he had to go get checked out.”
