Despite being found liable by a jury, blogger Milagro “Gramz” Cooper isn’t backing down following a legal battle with Megan Thee Stallion.
On Monday (Dec. 1), shortly after the jury ruled Cooper liable for intentional infliction of emotional distress, promotion of an altered sexual depiction, and defamation, she went live on Instagram to share her thoughts.
“I’ma start working on my mixtape because apparently the only place where you can bully people and talk crazy and pop sht is in the studio,” she said, aiming the comment at Megan. “So I’ma go get on my mixtape sht and make sure I channel all my energy into my raps and let that be artistic expression.”
Despite the verdict, Gramz expressed pride in defending what she believed to be her right to free speech and independent media. She emphasized the value of new media platforms and reiterated that she doesn’t need outside validation.
“Solid bi**hes they ain’t built, they born,” she added. “I’m happy that I stood up for something I believe in.”
The livestream also included a moment where she blocked a viewer who mentioned the lawsuit loss.
Meanwhile, the jury awarded Megan $75,000 in punitive damages, a figure that could be reduced to $59,000 pending the judge’s final ruling. No final judgment has been filed yet, so the jury verdict currently stands.
Cooper’s legal team at AsiliA Law Firm issued a statement the same day, disputing reports of full liability:
“Ms. Cooper ultimately prevailed on Ms. Pete’s leading accusation, Defamation… The jury awarded a nominal amount of damages compared to millions of dollars Ms. Pete demanded.”
Megan originally sued Cooper in October 2024, alleging that the blogger colluded with Tory Lanez and his father, spreading fake sex videos and disinformation intended to discredit her claims of being shot in 2020.
As of now, the case remains in the spotlight, and the final judgment could shift the outcome — but Milagro Gramz is using the moment to pivot, not pause.
