Boosie Badazz is continuing to defend himself as he faces an ongoing investigation tied to promotional ads for his BoosieBash festival, alleging that Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill has had a personal vendetta against him for years.

The investigation stems from BoosieBash promo materials that used the name and image of late Southern University student Caleb Wilson without permission from his family. While Boosie has maintained that his intentions were positive and connected to honoring Wilson, the situation has escalated into a legal matter that could result in serious consequences.

Taking to social media, Boosie strongly pushed back against the allegations and called on prominent civil rights attorney Ben Crump for assistance. He accused Murrill of targeting him unfairly and attempting to damage his career.

“I really need help finding these powerful people in Louisiana,” Boosie wrote, tagging Crump. He continued by alleging that the Attorney General “has been after me for over 15 years” and claimed colleagues have told him she has a “hate vendetta” against him. Boosie also stated, “This lady is trying to take me down for nothing… She’s suing me for nothing. And it’s sad, but I’m suing you tomorrow and all the parties involved.”

Boosie went on to defend himself, saying he was only trying to do something positive and expressing frustration that the situation has turned into a legal battle. He also emphasized that he no longer lives in Louisiana and suggested the investigation is being driven by personal motives.

As tensions escalate, Boosie says he is prepared to fight the matter in court. With both sides digging in, the controversy surrounding BoosieBash and the unauthorized use of Wilson’s image appears far from resolved.
