However, fans had different opinions in the comments section of the social media post.
“Boosie should’ve never tried to ask for a pardon and cry to the judge and cry in court. You know what he should’ve done……..LIVE WHAT HE RAP,” one user wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
To bring things up to speed, Pooh Shiesty was arrested earlier this month. For his alleged role in an armed robbery in Dallas earlier this year. The feds allege that Pooh Shiesty rounded up a group of eight other men to confront Gucci Mane over a contract dispute. However, Gucci Mane believed it to be a meeting between him and Pooh. But instead, he was ambushed and forced to sign paperwork releasing the rapper from his record contract with 1017 Brick Squad.
Gucci Mane addressed the entire saga on a new track titled, Crash Dummy.
“I thought it was a business meeting, but it was a set up/. I walk in the room, you can feel the pressure building/Ni**a dap me up, the whole time they plotting against me/I don’t take it personal, for me it’s only business,” he raps.
He also clowns Pooh Shiesty for still being signed to him. Even after the ambush and arrest.
“Tell the truth, you went out like a real crash dummy/And after all that, boy, you still signed to me/I’m like Birdman, and ni**a this my Cash Money,” he adds.
If Pooh Shiesty is convicted, he could face life in prison.
