Boosie Badazz came under fire recently after announcing plans to fund a scholarship in honor of Caleb Wilson, the 20-year-old who was recently killed during a fraternity hazing ritual.
Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill spoke out against Boosie, accusing him of “misappropriation” and using the student’s death for profit. Murrill indicated that she intends to take legal action against the “Wipe Me Down” rapper.
Boosie opposed the notion that his intent was to capitalize off Wilson’s death.
